Amazing plantain fritters, South Indian snacks that pair well with chai and all non vegetarian entrees like beef fry, salmon curry, chicken 65 etc. The restaurant offers dine, take out and large catering orders. Every item we’ve tried so far has been delicious.

Best Kerala food in town. We have been coming to this place for years and highly recommend it. Their Biriyani, appam/curry, beef curry/fry and banana fry are a must try.

Love places like these. Very authentic and friendly! Delicious food, awesome service, and great prices. Not much of a dine-in space but certainly doable for small groups. Butter chicken was fantastic!

I've ordered takeout/catering from bay leaf for quite a few years, back when it used to be part of the gas station. Usually it's been chicken Biryani, chicken 65 and few other items. Food has always been consistently good and prices reasonable. The chicken biriyani is extremely flavorful. Solid 5/5 for this establishment. Keep in mind if you're ordering for holidays (Christmas, Easter) be prepared to wait some time the day of, when you pickup. This is a very popular popular spot that's family owned. Holidays will always be over capacity.

Our go-to place for kerala food. Now with new location & more staff ..this restaurant is very organized with large catering orders. Sanu Uncle is always nice even with difficult customers. Snacks are always readily available, appam & chicken curry, kappa & manga meen curry extremely tasty.

If you’re the kind of person who prefers to skip the fuss and simply enjoy a delicious, flavor-packed meal, this is the place for you. We stumbled upon it by chance after discovering the restaurant next door was closed, and what a pleasant surprise it was! We ordered two types of goat meat and the butter chicken. Everything was so good that even my dining companion couldn’t resist switching sides and diving into my goat dishes. We paired it all with white rice and paratha bread, which we couldn’t stop dipping into the rich stews and curries. If we didn’t have prior, time-sensitive commitments, we’d probably still be there, happily eating our way through the entire menu. Do yourself a favor and go check them out. Thomas will take great care of you.

How can I give this place anything less than a 5 ! Amazing and friendly family run business. Sanu and his wife were very welcoming. We started off with the classic Kerala snack, Pazham Poori. It was just wow. And the we ordered beef fry and he gave us beef curry gravy along with it. Both the beef fry and the gravy was the best we have tasted in US. It was soo tender and the masala was just perfect. The prorotta that was served was soo soft and reminded me of those small roadside eateries of Kerala. Fish curry and the mallu favorite kappa. Top it off with fresh lime soda and you remember the good old days back in Kerala. This is a must visit stop for all die hard mallus visiting Dallas ! Just WOW and finally the bill came to just about 60 !, and that’s value for Money !
